I checked out your recommended RSS Feed Subscriptions based on Assistive Technology, and they are great. I understand that your topic is pretty narrow, so Im glad that there are blogs out there to assist you in finding information on the latest gadgets for students. I have a student in the school that uses a speech device to communicate because the student has speech difficulty, the item is called hp-ipaq. It was programmed to say phrases by the student just pressing a button, it was amazing that the student can communicate using the device at school and at home too.
I have posted on my blog all of my recommended Blog List on the "Blog Roll" that would be useful for all learners, even for special education students. There are live chats on tuesday nights on the Edchat twitter account if your interested to see if anyone out there has other aspects of using Assistive Technology in the classroom for student use.
There is a way that you can request me to be invited into my wiki through your 'Manage wiki' in the people category on the 'Members' page, but I invited you instead so you can just simply have access to post you reply in the discussion tab on the top-right corner of "The Read & Write Web". Hope this helps.
